I would disagree with some of the other reviewers about price. We left another company that I think is larger than Sterling and Sterling gave us a better price. We do a pretty good volume, about 2,000 a year. I don't think the service is great but its definitely not any worse than where I was. It's difficult to get someone on the phone who can take care of my problem right away. I usually end up getting a call or email from another person who can help me.

So, I am stuck in a contract with these guys for another 6 months. Almost EVERYONE who sends me sales literature for this company is substantially less expensive than Sterling. The people I deal with are rude and they have been unwilling to match any prices because I'm in a contract. They have lost my long term business.
